everything and everyone very nice in usgar, only exception was the heating system in the room that wasn't working properly.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel is also very conveniently located in the Cusco center.

Great location. Less than 10-minute walk to Plaza Mayor and in a relatively quiet area. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Clean and good location

La estancia en el Hotel Usgar San Pedro Boutique, fue excelente, el trato del personal fue maravilloso siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad de los huespedes. Sobre toda la ubicación se encontraba en el centro. La unica observación era que no tenia mucho acceso a Wife. Con respecto a todo lo demas fue maravilloso.

The rooms are clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We had issues with not having enough hot water.

Staff was average. Room was clean . They didn’t keep the water jug filled in the lobby . They need a real water cooler and a pitcher for the rooms. Breakfast was good . Very convenient to the town .

I left my apple wall charger and cable in the room .they refused to send it to me I want it back

with no windows. The property is cute and the staff was good just our room was strange.

Muy buena nuestra estadía en Usgar San Pedro Boutique. Esta bien ubicado, a unas 10 cuadras de la Plaza de Armas. Caminar por toda la zona es súper seguro. Y hay comercios de todo tipo en las inmediaciones. Solo tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente de la ducha el primer día. Precio/Beneficio del Hotel: Excelente!

Staff very friendly and accommodating

Lovely property! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Really close to one of my favorite restaurants in Cusco, Garhwals. Breakfast is really early, 6:30-9, good option if you have plans for tours or hikes. Check out is at 10:30.

Muy buen anbiente

La atención fue muy buena, es la segunda vez que voy y ahora te atienden mejor, los cuartos muy cómodos y limpios.

Pros: Hotel is in historic core and is centrally located and near tons of restaurants, San Pedro market, Plaza de Armas, etc. Excelling food! Cheap public transportation and taxis. Manager and assistant were friendly. Cons: Lack of heater in room makes it tuff to keep from freezing. You have to request warm water be turned on before showering.
