The property was clean and a great boutique hotel experience. The staff were helpful. I highly recommend staying at the Tariq for an autentique Peruvian hotel experience.

The room was clean and large (we had a triple room). The staff is lovely and happy to help us with different requests. Good breakfast with both sweet and savoury options.

Our first nights in Cusco were right off the Plaza. While it was nice, it was busy and noisy. Our later nights were at Tariq Boutique, a totally different, relaxing experience. Tariq's area (San Blas) had narrow streets, quaint shops, and good restaurants. Very clean. Most of all, the view of the city was spectacular. Staff was especially helpful.

We had a beautiful stay here! Great location in the San Bras area. A couple things to just be aware of before you book: The hotel is not on a drivable street so you will have to walk to the closest street or the San Blas square. They didn't refill our water in our room but there is always water available to refill your own upstairs in the breakfast room The views at breakfast are incredible!

We arrived at 6am after an overnight bus ride. Even though our room wasn’t ready and check in wasn’t for many hours, the staff welcomed us and offered a place to rest and have breakfast. Additionally they allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. Fantastic breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. Fresh linens and stylish decor. Fresh, filtered water available anytime, saving us money and the environment.

My daughter and I loved this hotel! We stayed here one night before heading to Machu Picchu, and then again one night after, and were able to leave a couple of bags there while we were away. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is great, and the beds are comfortable.

One of the rooms was extremely cold. The stone wall was shared with a nearby electronic music club - a bit noisy.

The price of the hotel is very high for where it is located there is no vehicle access. In addition, the ceilings in the rooms need to be repaired and the bathroom also needs to be remodeled. There is no television in the rooms and the breakfast is not very varied. People are very attentive to help in whatever way they can. On several occasions we ran out of hot water in my room. There was an old table that broke when we put the suitcase on it. I informed them and they wanted to charge me for it as new so I could leave and I paid them half. In that part everything has to be of quality.
