Walking around and exploring

Great remodeled room in a very bad city location. Had hot water issues on the morning after my stay and no one even care “ we will check with maintenance “ “ did you call front desk?” ( I was in the middle of my shower when just cold water started coming out of the faucet.

Staff was very good

Room was extremely clean. Room was spacious as well

Staff ready to help. We didn't have a kettle nor shampooing in the bathroom.

We stayed at this hotel because it said it had washer dryer. It does not, it has a laundry service. The hotel has no ac or heat. So if it hot or cold outside, so will your room. Water was too cold to wash my hair. The room itself was clean and big. Towels and sheets white and smelled great. The breakfast was good. Wifi strong in my room.

Decent hotel for the price. Clean rooms, decent bed and decent location. Hot water was not hot at peak shower times, so I showered at night. Breakfast was ok, but overcrowded and understaffed. One morning I waited 30 minutes to be served, and the next morning all the tables were taken so I just bought breakfast elsewhere.

hotel is quite good. staff are nice. breakfast simple but adequate. only issue is the ongoing renovation which is causing a lot of dust in the hallway.

no gym and no room service, nothing to do with 3* hotel

The hot showers were very nice. The staff was excellent about making accommodations for us. We had to leave before the regular breakfast hours and they lay us put in a breakfast order the night before and served us early. For the price this place can't be beat!

The superior room was a great value. Its very large and has comfortable bed and premium bedding. The shower has good pressure and is hot. Easy walking distance to plaza de armas and very safe area.

Good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and a good size. Washroom could have had warmer water. Location is a bit isolated amd hotel doesn’t have a restaurant (only serves breakfast) but staff helped us get some food delivered. Recommended for a short stay, great price.

Not comfortable in this hotel. The bathroom smelled.

Habitación limpia. Personal amable, Desayuno tipo americano abundante. Esta a corta distancia de la Plaza Mayor.

Great overall. They were kind enough to let me in my room earlier. Good bed. Absolutely amazing shower. I've been in Peru for a month now in multiple hotels and this has the best shower by far. Simple breakfast... could be better. It's not bad, but I'd pay a little more for more.

La zona no es muy segura y la habitación no estaba bien limpia.

El hotel en su interior tal como lo muestran en las fotos,pero el lugar donde se encuentra ubicado muy peligroso, a 8 cuadras de la plaza de armas

Muy bien, inicialmente me dieron una hab pequeña, cuando la foto referencial era de dos plazas. Pero lo mencioné y me brindaron una mejor habitación

Si bien la habitación individual no se corresponde que no las fotos específicas de la misma, tiene instalaciones modernas y es cómoda. El desayuno es bueno y la atención de la recepción servicial y atenta. Me ayudaron con problemas en el sistema de pago y pude dejar en custodia mi equipaje después del check out. El barrio es feo, pero el hotel es bueno.
