Wonderful stay. Very clean. Amazing and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect. It was very nice inside the building. It was easy to find. The only inconvenience was finding parking. The staff sent me a text message with check-in information. However, they never answered the following questions regarding parking. Nonetheless, I did truly like the hotel. It smelled super clean. Everything was nicely organized. I would stay again. p.s. Loved the two European-style company cars up front.

The neighborhood not so great and parking could be a problem. We got lucky. But room and the folks very nice. Quiet too.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Looking Glass Hotel. We spent six nights at this hotel, and wished we could have stayed longer.The staff were exceptional, as well as kind, and knowledgeable, and guide us every step of the way during our stay. Check in, and out, was so good, and smooth. Common areas, rooms, were sparkling clean.The staff's recommendations for restaurants, tours, attractions, and shopping areas, was very helpful as this was our first time visiting San Juan, Purto Rico. My family and I felt super safe, and comfortable. From the hotel, we were close to a 24 hour supermarket that carry various groceries, toiletries, hot foods, souvenirs, etc. Another pro is the hotel's location. This hotel is just ten minutes away from San Juan airport, which makes our vacation even better, without having to encounter long travel to and from the airport. Overall, I would encourage you to just book this hotel if you need comfort, cleanliness, and safety. We will definitely book again!

Great staff very helpful and willing to to answer any questions

first of all parking was not included, it was an additional 25 per night plus tax, and the parking was a block away. Believe me it is very difficult to find parking on the street day or night. the room was very clean. The rooms lacked any type of sound proofing, it echoed pretty loud, in the middle of the night i can hear people using the bathroom. And you can here every conversation. the ear plugs on the night stand have been a give away.

Great stay. Front desk people were frie dly, and suggested restaurants nearby. The place is great and smells of essential oils. Very close to Centro de Bellas artes, and to Kaiju, an amazing Japanese fusion restaurant nearby.

The hotel accommodation was beyond our expectation. The Front Desk Clerk, Franny was extremely courteous and professional. Our interaction with her allowed us to have a memorable experience on our first visit to Puerto Rico. She is truly an asset to The Looking Glass Hotel and its customers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy the local attractions and restaurants.

I rated Looking Glass good but they were excellent for what they were. We just didn’t realize they weren’t a full service hotel. No elevator, no restaurant, tiny room and they didn’t want toilet paper flushed due to the delicate plumbing. None of this would prevent us from staying again but know what you are booking. Very clean and friendly/helpful staff.

Wonderful accommodations - one of the best hotel beds ever! Great location with easy access to the variety of locations we were visiting.

Beautiful set up and very clean

Very noisy as others have mentioned, but they do provide earplugs which helps a bit. The room was small but clean. Bed was hard as a rock. We walked to a nearby restaurant at night and felt safe. Be aware you have to carry your bags up the stairs. Not a problem for us but I’m sure for some it would be. Cheap, clean, central accommodation for one short night.
