Good location. Large living room. Two bathrooms. Good price.

Not the same as Platinum Residence with room standards slightly lower that PL. However, they are also slightly cheaper. Overall great deal and super convenient location.

Very roomy and there is a supermarket at the first floor is very helpful. A bus stop is about 10 min walking

Enjoyed our rooms. Because we booked with an external person we had to pay more for the spa (shame, that was nice). Was great to be able to walk in to the centre - only about 15 minutes.

We walked around Warsaw and found the location to be good. There are buses that go from Nowy Swiat street to close to the hotel which is convenient. There is also shopping on the ground level with several restaurants and a small grocery store. This was very convenient for our family. The room was comfy for our family with 4 small kids. It was nice to have an apartment over a hotel room. THere was a washer with racks for drying. Nice neighborhood. Next door to the Hilton. I would definitely stay again with the family.

When choosing this place, I thought it is the same as Platinum Residence, but it turns out Platinum E-apartments belong to a different company and located in tower A. The inside of E-apartment is remodeled but more of a post-Soviet style. The bedding was not enough, so I has to search for extra pillows and a blanket. The shower cabin would not close completely and the door was broken. Some of the cabinet shelves in the kitchen has cleaning supplies stored. In a living room closer there was hidden a broken lamp. To sum up: it's ok to stay in the place if you need an overnight place, but it's not not a 4-star and is not worth the money you pay

Oppgraderte og Betalte mer penger for å få større rom på 48 kvm, istedenfor 38 kvm. Fikk rom på 28 kvm. Kunne ikke gjøre Noe med det da vi klagde, de sier at de ser kun på antall rom/ sengeplasser man bestiller, ikke hvor stort det er så skjønner ikke hvorfor hotels opererer med Støre rom når du betaler mer?

Fin beliggenhet - gåavstand til gamlebyen (hvis man liker og gå), til nærmeste shoppingsenter, flere restauranter i nærheten. Flott med restauranter og matvarehandel i 1. etg. Manglet badekåper i leiligheten som de reklamerte med, men ellers var alt som annonsert og forventet.

appartment is clean however smells to cigarettes. there is no changing of the Sheets or towels , even if you stay multiple nights. while checking in you have to pay immediatly. While asking for the invoice they say to sent a mail and aks for it, when you do you have to wait too long to get an invoice, if you are calling and asking for the invoice they say they will sent it but nothing is true. 2nd and 3rd try to get someone on the phone is insuccesfull as they simply hang up. a lot of effort to get a simple invoice which should be very obvious. still not received it. Therefore the appartment is not recommendable.
