I booked this hotel room the night before getting off our cruise ship and was I booked this hotel room the night before getting off our cruise ship and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The hotel is adorable and decorated so well. The room was their standard room with the king bed. The bed was so comfortable which was much needed after 10 days of sightseeing through Italy and Greece. And the shower was the highlight! If you stay here say yes to trying all the water therapy choices in the shower. Also, an added bonus was that the tv has an option to choose international and all English channels. Not that tv was our focus but it was nice background noise while packing and nice I could understand the shows. I highly recommend. Easy to walk to (closest sight was the Spanish Steps) but easy to get to everywhere we wanted to revisit from the last weekend we were in Rome.

The property has a beautiful entrance. Loved the style and the staff was friendly and helpful. They “upgraded” our room but I am not sure I liked that room layout as well as the one I booked. The WiFi did not work well at all and neither did our AC. Our room was hot and we would try to lower it and it never kicked on. The location was excellent.

Tight rooms and elevator but that is common in old Rome. Excellent location and quiet nights sleep.

The hotel is in a great location - can walk to all sights easily. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Has an elevator. Check in was very quick and seamless. My only issue was the noise. Our room was located over the restaurant and next to other restaurants. The staff would drag the tables and chairs in and out every morning and night and it would wake us up very early and I was unable to fall asleep until after they were put away. Can hear everything on the street. I think if I would have had ear plugs would have been ok. If noise doesn’t bother you, the hotel is perfect. Breakfast was small buffet - eggs, cheese, potatoes, bread, pastries.

Great central location. The room was beautiful and clean. Only two complaints. It is a very noisy area and the room was too warm and we couldn’t find any temperature controls. Both made sleeping difficult.

The room was rough around the edges. The walls were very neat up. The hotel that they brought us to wasn't in the main hotel. It was in the annex building which was 2 blocks away from the main hotel which had no elevator and two flights of stairs.
