Todo estuvo perfecto excepto la parte del restaurante, únicamente había una mesera y ella estaba atendiendo a todas las personas, el servicio de ella fue excelente pero al ser la única si estaba saturada en trabajo

Buen lugar, es muy lindo, tiene bonita vista. Sin embargo, hay demasiadas escaleras para subir a los cuartos, la comida en el restaurante no es tan buena y deberían de dar más agua o toallas para cuartos dobles de más de 3/4 personas.

good view, clean room. only issue is that the parking lot is a bit far

Beautiful rooms. It was still in renovation so some noice. Also there is a street in front and down in the back so it can be noisy.

La vista y los clamatos 10/10. El servicio fue muy muy lento en todo. La comida, los drinks, todo fue muy lento. Nos llego tarde los del spa y tuvimos que cancelar.

Excelente service ; amazing view

When I arrived at the property they told me there was not any reservations for me , that they are having problems with Expedia because they have no rooms available and Expedia continues selling reservations. But I think the hotel sold my reservation because everything was going well ., I call the hotel when I was in my way to tell them I was 30 minutes late and they told me it was fine but when I got the hotel everything change in a bad way, the lady that was in reception was acting weird she didn’t allowed other receptionist to find any information about my reservation, she just told him no to find anything that the hotel was full. That was a terrible experience.

Basic property, nice view.

El Hotel estaba muy sucio, no limpiaron la regadera de el huésped anterior, no había papel de baño, las toallas estaban sucias, no había toallas de mano y tampoco para el piso. Las almohadas además de sucias estaban viejas. La puerta del cuarto no cerraban correctamente.

The rooms are not sound proof at all, it was impossible to sleep. I could hear everything from the other rooms, and all the cars from the street. The pipes and drains are exposed in bathroom ceiling so you can hear water coming down all the time.

The views of the lake were spectacular

Would have loved a softer bed, but the place is very good for a family weekend! great service

People making noise past Pool closing hours. Breaks fast opens at 9 am! Friendly staff, good value.

Lights in corridor should be shut off at night because the rooms cannot get completely dark
