Hotel in a great safe neighborhood. Room was dated, but clean. Walking distance from shops and great restaurants.

Good price and warm, cozy rooms, with character. Front desk staff courteous but not very friendly, seem not to like their jobs much. Slow and intermittent Internet; during videoconferences with clients(!), the connection was lost repeatedly

Staff is very friendly. Hotel Polanco is very well located, walking distance to the "zona de Polanco" where there are many restaurants and excellent boutiques. Also, it's walking distance to Metro bus on Reforma an excellent public transportation. I highly recommend Hotel Polanco

You get what you pay for, not a luxurious place for ok for stay, has to go down to get water bottle cos there is staff to bring up

At best, this hotel is a bit below average. Our bathroom was postage stamp size. The room wasn't much larger. For sure the location is great, but it goes down hill from there. Adequate, kind of. Impressive? Not.

The receptionist and all staff were very helpful. It is a good place to stay specially if you are by yourself in the city. Many places to walk distance, castle the Chapultepec, Paseo la reforma (great for runners) and the Zoo.
