I like this hotel staffs have very good services, they have in room hot spring water bath tuff, and water therapy pools.

Hard or not possible to speak English with staff. Cleanliness is not good (dust everywhere), under the bed is just never cleaned. Breakfast is not worth, food is just OK but nothing outstanding. Interior of wardrobe smells very bad. Won’t be coming again.

Musty smell in my room lingers during my stay. Some stinks on the cloth sofa. The rest of the hotel is excellent.

I called the local place at midnight to confirm my reservation. The gentleman who answered the phone was professional and courteous. I need to express my special thanks to him.

Amazing

It was our first time to stay here. It has its own parking which was very convenient considering how busy Jiaoxi is during weekends. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and amenities were nice. We could even see Turtle Island from our room.

We enjoyed the hot spring in our room. The hotel is in a convenient location and there are lots of options for food and sights nearby. The train station, bus station, and night market are all nearby.

the staff is friendly and service is good. the breakfast variety is limited.

We expect the room a lit bit more space on both side of the bed.

The hotel is apparently very new, with everything seemingly in great condition. We reserved a room for 4, and got an 'upgraded' room on the 16th floor with 2 queen beds. The room is nice and clean with a great view, but pretty tight and there's no space for a cot or extra bed. The bathroom is the best, with a Japanese-style toilet, a glass-walled shower stall, and a bath pool (with cold and hot spring water), which is built low in the floor and provides easy access for my elderly mother. Breakfast is also very good, though on the second morning of our stay (Dec 24) it was very crowded. Overall, it was a very nice and pleasant stay. The free parking in their garage was also very useful for my sister, who drove in from Taipei several times to see us.

櫃檯人員親切，有地下停車場，溫泉飯店很乾淨，房間內有獨立湯屋，樓上有泳衣SPA池，也有男湯女湯大眾池，附近餐廳、熱炒、小吃很多

房間的個人湯池很乾淨，床的軟硬適中，早餐不錯公設還有泳池和spa可以使用，整體住宿體驗舒適，員工從大廳接待到房務阿姨都笑瞇瞇地讓人感受很好~唯一美中不足的是，我們住的6樓房間門外一抬頭就能看到天花板很像壁癌的污漬，可能宜蘭真的太潮濕吧，雖然無礙住宿體驗但還是覺得要處理一下比較好。

地點不錯，SPA的設施有些不能用，SPA池也有脫落的磁磚，比較可惜，其他都很好！

房間的熱水壺很髒就算了，各樓層都沒有熱水可以用，只有頂樓、3樓跟1樓有熱水如果只要頂樓跟3樓設施關閉就只有1樓大廳有熱水可以使用，我剛好住在16樓想說頂樓有熱水可以使用結果凌晨要去使用熱水結果撲了空，結果又跑到3樓要去裝熱水又沒有熱水可以裝，結果只好跑到一樓去裝水，電梯上只告知哪裡有熱水沒有說頂樓跟3樓的熱水供應到什麼時間，入住也沒有告知，真的蠻不親民的，住的房型還不錯結果裡面的環境很髒灰塵很多，蓮蓬頭的水管還壞掉，游泳池的洗澡間對於高的人很不親民，不推薦給親朋好友入住，價位收費也不低還設備很多都壞掉的
