Nice pool. Excellent service.

The staff was always willing to help in anyway they could. They help with referrals to restaurants and reservations… for me, that’s a must if you aren’t familiar with the area!

Loved our stay there. Nice SPA, I definitely recommend to get some SPA treatments or just use the sauna and whirlpool. The pool area is also nice to lounge and relax. Very nice restaurant with rooftop, tasty food and nice breakfast too. Friendly staffs, great service. Love to go back there for some r & r.

This property grew on us. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the room comfortable. If we needed anything (corkscrew, towels) it was delivered promptly and with a smile. I would highly recommend this property in this town.

Casa Fernanda was truly a wonderful experience from the moment of arrival to check out. The service was impeccable, and the guest advisors, were world class (especially Arantxa). I traveled as a solo woman from CDMX and they provided me with clear directions on how to arrive from CDMX without any problems. The rooms were very clean and smelled amazing! Their products were top quality, and the on-site spa was one of the best I have ever experienced in my travels. I enjoyed the pool every day I was there, and the restaurant on-site was also fantastic. The hotel was walking distance to the downtown area of Tepoztlan, making it super easy to explore this beautiful small town. Truly a wonderful experience overall, and I cannot wait to return! 10/10!

I highly recommend a stay at Casa Fernanda. The experience will exceed your expectations. They do a great job to personalize your stay, which includes allowing you to choose your room aromas & coffee or by allowing room service. The pool area is an oasis and as you walk to the restaurant, you can smell sweet guava from a remarkable tree on their property. The entire property is thoughtful and tasteful. The food at the restaurant was wonderful and the rooms make you feel like you are walking into a Parachute ad. I have nothing bad to say, though would have enjoyed a bar fridge =)

We liked the fact that we were able to recharge our Tesla vehicle at the facilities.

The staff is very courteous and professional. The rooms are always very clean and grounds are well maintained. The restaurant is outstanding.
