Pool was nice

Room not ready at check in . Even though called earlier before arriving. No compensation. Room old. Dirty.

Overall, okay. - Advertised hot tub was closed - Had to pay extra for coffee at buffet breakfast - no elevator

The fridge was leaking in the room, floor was dirty when the water on the floor from the fridge was wiped up The beds were very comfortable

Con: We had booked two of the standard rooms and told the bathrooms were renovated but only one of them was. AND the noise level! There was a child screaming/crying the whole time and we found it very hard to sleep. Pro: the beds were comfortable and friendly staff.

Something was wrong with the A/C in the room. I had them come twice to fix it but it was still hot after each time. Room wasn't ready at check in even though it was probably 5:30pm.

Breakfast wasn’t great,, cold buffet.. room layout was off, no nights stand on one side of bed, room one coffee for two people.. It wasnt too expensive though.

Found the lobby very dirty and the whole property had a very unpleasant odor. Definetly would not stay at that property. Staff was nice, and understood our concerns. We left shortly after check-in

An old property - no elevator, but the staff were very helpful and friendly and it was clean. The dining area was shut down due to no staff, but they would cook something special if you asked them to and bring it to your room.

Nice hotel. Staff was great and we had an overall very good stay. Totally recomendable.

The front desk is not friendly. Upon entering the room stunk maybe the carpet and not enough towels (we booked for 4 person and only 2 towels available) hot tub is not working either. Also we saw a lot of staff not of them are friendly. Not impressed.
