Location

I did not find bed comfortable as I could feel thr springs. But...it is a motel.

The beds were lumpy and you could feel the springs in the mattress and duct tape was holding some part of the box spring together. Coffee pods were old, carpets were dirty, no blow dryer, everything old and dated. Did not feel safe or secure, noisy with other tenants yelling at each other Will not choose to stay again.

The bed was clean but mattress was old. The A/C was very noisy as was the bathroom fan which stayed on whenever the light was on. The carpet was dirty. Not good value for the cost of this room.

The room was definitely in need of some renovations. Carpet had ripples, bathroom ceiling was flaking, the exhaust fan didn’t work, shower fixtures were dripping and the tub stopper was broken. I found the interior lighting to be poor and in need of upgrading. Parking was tight but doable. On the upside: check in was friendly and efficient. In room coffee was surprisingly good. The AC worked well which was important with temps of 32 C, and the bed was quite comfortable.

Good price for the last minute travelers. The hardware are just normal as a motel -- air conditioning is noisy but working. The room is clean but the furniture is just in normal condition. Overall nothing but normal as a motel.

I left a few items in my room by mistake, and when I called back to see if they could keep it for me they hung up on me every time I called. The items were worth a bit of money so mabe they wanted to keep them ....

Some bedding should have been switched out, the sheet on the box spring had a spray of colour… The room could have used a more thorough cleaning, something from the previous guest was in the drawer.

Great for a budget spot to crash

The owner was very nice and was quick to fix the air conditioning in my unit when I made him aware it wasn’t working properly the first night. The only real issue I have is the lack of cleanliness of the room and the broken staircase. The room was still very dirty when we went in. The bathroom had a noticeable line of dirt around the bathtub. The toilet did not get cleaned on the outside or around the toilet seat. The sink was gross. It smelled like cigarettes in there and there was multiple burn spots on the carpet and chair.

Will not stay again

Easy check-in, clean room, older building, bit run down on the outside but for the price it was just fine.

We were in town on short notice for a funeral so all other Hotels were booked up. This Motel was tired. Carpet was all stretched out, stained, just plain gross. Sink and tub both drained so slow. Room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke it was sick. Air conditioner was dirty, so loud and front was all broken. Thankfully it was a rainy cool weekend or we would have cooked. Stairs to the top floor were crumbled and roped off. Parking was really tight for a 3/4 ton pickup. Location was right by McDonald’s so great for coffee or breakfast in the mornings. Restaurants and gas close by.

Do not book this property. It's an absolute dump. The floor is taped together with duct tape. It's a 2 story building and one staircase is blocked. I am pretty sure this is totally illegal!!!! This place gives a vibe, like body found in the dumpster. Also way over priced. Payed 160 for this dump.

I got in late the Manager was very Friendly and polite which is nice when your tired from a long drive. Room was great , bed very comfortable and coffee was great in the morning

Handy to highway but surprisingly quiet.

A comfortable and convenient overnight stop in Kamloops. Good value
