The room s not as shown in the pictures, room was dirty, bed sheets dirty, bathroom had no curtain, no water pressure, toilet leaked when flushed, spiders, left over food from other ppl, and pool empty. I do not recommend it at all!

The room was filthy, absolutely disgusting. We didn't even sleep there; seeing that, we refused to stay. It's the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. There was mold, and an insect fell on me.

If you want LOW BUDGET with old tattered carpet and don’t mind bugs, this is your home away from home. There is a reason it’s the lowest price place in all of Niagra. So don’t go there and complain. I put two stars not as a complaint but as an honest assessment, for people who haven’t stayed there. I would happily stay there again. But that’s just me.

I recently stayed at Caravan Motel in Niagara Falls, and unfortunately, my experience was far worse than I expected. The biggest issue was the customer service, which was practically non-existent. There was never anyone available at the front desk, and whenever we called, the staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. The room itself was poorly maintained. There wasn’t even basic essentials like toilet paper, and the air conditioner remote was missing. The bed sheets had an unpleasant smell, so we requested fresh ones. Instead of replacing them with clean sheets, we were handed another set that was even dirtier. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and extremely disappointing customer service made this one of the worst motel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here.

Worst room ever

Bathroom wasn't clean, flush tank wasn't working, no hot water in the bathroom. The bedsheets were not even changed, full of pet hair. Floor was very dirty, stinking around. We just left without staying.

On the third day and final day of my visit, there were people barging into my room thinking they had a reservation. But I was already there for my reservation. Apparently, the staff gave other keys to my room to these others who barged into my room. But staff never told them that I was already there. Staff: you need to be more organized and know who is in their reserved rooms before you allow strangers barge into occupied rooms. At least 3 others barged into my room before I got a visit from staff asking me if that was my actual room. One of them had the nerve to ask me for my receipt as "proof of payment" before they asked me to give them my key. I told them to go check the reservation in their system. So, I gave the key back, but I asked for it back a little while later at the front desk. I don't know what kind of a mix-up that was, but I hope that never happens again.

There's no pool that is false advertising it's empty and rested. There are no TVs in the room. And there was a man in our bed when we opened the door, he was not another guest so who knows how he got into the room. they tried to offer us a tiny room which we declined because it was disgusting looking

Worst experience of my life

There was suppose to be a mini fridge, a swimming pool outside and there was none. Tv hardly worked. Drug addicts everywhere. Not a good stay.

The photos are not what it looks like. The pool was drained, old and not working. The sheets and pillows were dirty. They had no toilet paper in the bathroom. When my mother took a shower, the water didn't drain. I went to tell them, as I wanted to shower myself and my child. They said that it might not have drained because of hair blockage. I told them my mother has short, fine hair and that was not the issue. He then just gave me a key from the bin of guests who left the keys there after they leave...and I opened the door to the other room and it was not cleaned. The beds were messy, pizza boxes left, used towels on the floor etc. I went back to tell him, he picked up the used towels and said it was fine. Most disgusting place and service I've ever stayed.

They never came to clean, the TV was old and broken, the air conditioning didn't work, the pool was in bad shape, and the rooms smelled bad.

Its good for 1 night stay for sleep only
