Friendly welcome and efficient check in. Suite and hotel are immaculately clean. The style of the lounge and bedroom is different (mix of colours and patterns has the feel of 1974 :)). However all items were new and in perfect condition. Bathroom is modern, fully equipped (loo bidet, bath and separate shower ) It seems to be a conference /event venue. 15 to 20 minute stroll into the town centre. Would recommend I will return next time I am in Torun

Very nice modern hotel relatively close to historic old town. Has 2 restaurants (but we did not eat there). There is A LOT restaurants and bars with patios in Old Town.

Hotel is generally good check in fine and checkout fine. Issue with key card but sorted. You pull door to you then push forward. One let down was Bar service absolutely shocking. Waited over forty for a staff member to ask what I wanted. Standing around doing nothing. Food very good as were drinks but staff need to wake up and see customers waiting. Very very disappointing ! Don’t expect a bill either you’d be dead by the time they brought it ! Rather than sit there for 35 years I paid at the counter. You get fed rubbish on the tv in the room about service etc … sort it out this isn’t good enough. I almost ate the large person next to me waiting to be served.

Awesome location just 10 min walk from Old Town. Staff is exceptionally helpful. Fantastic breakfast, as other reviews have indicated. Fast WiFi. And even gave me free parking (I was expecting to pay 18 PLN per day) and gingerbread cookies upon check out. My one suggestion is to develop the fitness center more. There are 2 treadmills, a stationary bike that doesn’t work, and an elliptical, plus an apparatus for ab work. It would be easy to add some mats, for example. However, the sauna and jacuzzi are amazing!!!! Overall, I will be recommending this place to friends and family, for sure, and I look forward to my next trip!

The rooms are clean and breakfast is really good but air-con is way too noisy: couldn’t sleep at all :-( , the standard is nowhere near 4-star hotel: very modest furniture, no toiletries in the bathroom, I wouldn’t recommend

Great stay at the Filmar. However rooms need an update .Hotel is very clean,the staff is always very helpful and nice.The buffet breakfast is outstanding and food at the restaurant exceptional.Our omlette chef is also exceptional- he makes the best omlettes ever. We will stay there again.
