loved this hotel! very safe and comfortable. within walking distance to great restaurants which we loved! view of the water was also nice!

Amazing condo style hotel suite

We enjoyed the view of the river, lake and mountains while being able to walk out the door to shops and restaurants.

Hotel has great amenities and very well built, but unfortunately we got very unlucky. When we opened the bed three out of four pillows had blood on them. When we notified receptionist there was no apologies, she just asked if we want new pillowcases. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and those that were on the shelves were also far away from being clean. Sauna was one of the reasons we chose it and it was not working. On one of the days Garage door got broken and people couldn’t leave parking. We really hoped that reception will do something about all these unfortunate things to encourage us to come back, but it’s been a week since we left and no one reached out to us. Not sure we will choose or recommend anyone to go there since blood on pillows and poorly cleaned room between guests is very unsanitary and a deal breaker when staying at hotels.

A fantastic place all around. We stayed here for a ski holiday and will definitely stay here again next year.

Amazing place in an amazing town

This property is conveniently located in central Magog directly across the street from two wonderful restaurants. The apartments are modern with all the desired amenities including full kitchens and washer/dryer. There is a hot tub, gym and covered parking as well. If I could move in, I would! Highly recommended by me.

The room was a modern, clean one bedroom suite in downtown Magog. It was even better than the photos on the website. Ideal location with great views indoor parking suring a snowstorm and even had EV parking in more than half the spaces. Love this place.*****

Great place to stay. Rooms are amazing. Having something onsite to be able to buy a cold drink or a snack would be a big benefit. Even a vending machine would be great.

5 star place to stay in a convenient location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff were friendly. The unit was clean exactly as shown online. Underground parking with EV chargers at every spot. The location was convenient close to many restaurants. We were only 10 minutes from Mont Orford and the beautiful outdoor skating path was just across the street.

Room was nice and modern. Downfall is the train tracks are less than 50 ft from the room windows. VERY loud. Our room was also above the parking garage so Everytime the door opens and closes it’s loud and the room vibrates. Hot tub was nice.

Very nice property in town. No daily room service, should have offered coffee, towel refills.

Wonderful property with great views of the river. Very clean and right in the downtown area. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Their terrace with the hot tub was amazing!
