A lovely place to stay in a large room with antique furniture. The location is just next to the famous photo of the town. The meal in the restaurant was very good. The service is very good and thoughtful. It is very quiet. I highly recommend staying here. We loved it.

A wonderful town and hotel

The stay was pleasant. We especially like the location and the balcony in the room. The only let down was that they do not provide water and a kettle in the room. And let check-in was a little tricky as they did not mention to enter via side door.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Clean, accommodating, and friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Glocke. Its a very unique building and tactfully decorated. The room was spacious. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is a huge bonus point. Just a 2 min stroll up the street and you are in the main square area. We repent for not staying for more than one night at the Glocke.

This is my second time staying at this property. I suggest you ask for room #17, it has the best views. The parking garage is located next door so it's convenient. The shopping and Christmas markets are an easy walk to the right after you come out of the front door. The city walls can be walked if you go left out of the front door. The staff has always been great and helpful. Everyone speaks English as well.

Very centrally located. Cheap parking not far away. Offered dining options as well. Breakfast was delicious.

You couldn’t possibly be in a better location than this. They have a parking garage which is super handy as everything worth seeing is in easy walking distance. There is a daily charge to park but worth it. Our room was large and comfortable, the only thing I would change is the dated carpeting otherwise a tremendous place to stay. The breakfast buffet has a great selection for all tastes. We would happily stay there again.

We had an excellent stay. We had a beautiful room and view. Location was perfect!

The room and bath were very clean and functional. It had everything I needed to make my stay pleasant and was located in an excellent location to the main plaza and everything I wanted to do in town.

We absolutely loved the central location and the atmosphere of the old hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed in room 15 and you could watch everyone shoot photos. We loved having a safe place to park for a small fee. The only drawback was the shower. It went from warm to scalding hot, then back to cold. My husband and i were both burned mid-shower. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for easy access

Very light curtains so early wakening Restaurant skimpy e.g only place in Germany where we were served .33cl for a beer. Everywhere else was .50 cl

Tlhe staff were friendly and personable, and made everything easy for us. The rooms were pleasant, and the location was superb. We would have liked a kettle, but that aside, it was a perfect place to stay, in a perfect town.Excellent breakfast. Overall, excellent value for money.
