The staff was professional and very friendly the welcoming was amazing and the service was excellent. The room was clean and well fourished

The front desk people were very friendly when check in, it has a private parking which is good but the beds and pillows are terrible uncomfortable, breakfast is pretty basic.

The staff was very friendly and I like the location. However the reason I didn’t rate higher is because the shower was not very clean.

Good location, parking available. Mostly people are using hotel as transit on the way to theirs vacation and back.

Excellent position, very helpful and pleasant staff. Really enjoyed my stay, it just wasn’t long enough! They are very eco conscious which I like, but the shower head in my room needs some attention. No other problems. Very happy there.

Small rooms and difficult access to car park

It was good but breakfast could be better, below average, barely any fruits, only watermelon for one day

Very good hotel , we stayed for one night and everything was perfect. We booked this hotel because of the parking which was just at the back of the hotel. Location not far from the centre, staff were very nice and polite, breakfast was nice,

Clean hotel, decent rooms, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast and WiFi connections are good. The heating could be better during the day. Quality shampoo is needed in the washrooms. Curtains are weak: blocking curtains are needed for a better sleep.

Don't like it at all. To park you need a map, that you have to take from reception. Old and overused furniture in the room and bathroom. Towels with stains. You can hear very well if there is somebody in the next room. Do not recommend especially if you are wit kids.

Comfortable rooms, excellent staff, ,"3/' just didn't like the breakfast. Breakfast was limited and did not have enough quantity. We didn't eat at it the second time. Room clean but washroom is very old. Best part is the comfortable beds and the location is perfect. Taxis right around the corner

The Hilton Garden Inn was sold out, so I checked Orbitz and found this gem which was surprisingly okay considering they listed themselves as a 2-star hotel. The staff was friendly, the room had good wifi and heating unit. The breakfast was decent in the morning. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a no-frills hotel that actually is decent.

Good parking, helpful receptionists.

Very central location to walk around the city or for transportation. Staff all pleasant and helpful...enjoyed our complimentary treats. Room decor a little dated but spacious and well equiped and very clean. Only negative is the view Good secondary glazing making the room very quiet..no street noise.! Overall a very enjoyable stay in an uncredible city.

Everything was higher than a 3-star hotel.
