When checked in, the staff appointed me room with outside bathroom. I told him this is a mistake, fortunately, in the end he give me room with bathroom inside. No AC remote, I asked the staff, but he does not give me, just open the heating system instead. No cleaning room service while stay for 1+4 nights, my trash got full. For the worst, when checked out, the staff told me I haven't paid the room yet, I got frustated and told him to double check.
