Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean and spacious room. Good breakfast. We missed an electric car charger at the hotel. That might be a reason for us not to stay there again unless one is installed.

I don't like previous guests' hair in the bathroom, and I don't like unauthorized tiles in the bathroom.

Lovely room and very clean, the staff were very helpful especially as we didn't speak any German, the grounds were very nice with two pond's and small man made beach would recommend.

The hotel doesnt work properly,it doesn't have reception. I book the hotel through hotel.com and got confirmation email from them. But when I went to hotel , it was closed , and it has a auto machine where you enter your reservation number and it give you the key for the hotel and room. Unfortunately the machine did not worked, it did not recognised our reservation number . we called Hotel.com , they give us the same reservation number, which didn't work, so we talked with hotel.com for 1 hourse , they did not help us at all , didn't provide another hotel . Dont eveeeeer book this hotel . The service from hotel.com was horrible, they left us alone.

After a long day of driving it was a nicee quite place to stay for the night. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable

Easy to find from the motorway, cheap, clean and pleasant hotel near Heide Park.

The hotel was a bit hard to find but it is standard fare as you would expect in any small German outskirts.

Fair size room, good continental breakfast, near to Heide Park if planning visit there this would be a good hotel to stay at, generally quiet location

For the price this is good value. Breakfast is good and Wifi is okay. Dinner menu offers good choice and the wheat beer is good at the bar. Pillows are really awful - take your own for a good night sleep. The hotel is ~5km from heide park so a good walk or a ~€10 taxi ride.

The hotel staff was friendly at check-in and the attached restaurant served good food. The room itself was a descent size, but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The pillows somehow managed to be paper-thin and lumpy at the same time. The wifi didn't reach our room, which would not have been a problem except that later in the evening the door from the rooms to the common area (which did have wifi) was locked. The staff had disappeared as well. In the morning we could not find the breakfast nor any of the staff, only a note to leave the key on the front desk. Overall not a very pleasant stay.

Nice little hotel located close to the A7 highway and Hide Park. The food was superb! Recommended.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and good food. Lack of a bar / evening social outlet and poor internet access make this unsuitable for the business traveller. A pity because otherwise very pleasent place to stay.

Stayed at this hotel recently (Oct 2011) and found it to be very convenient for the Hannover to Hamburg Autobahn and within 3 miles of Soltau centre. Rates are reasonable and generally include breakfast which is very good. I had a single room but it was more than adequate. The staff are generally friendly and helpful and several of them speak some English. If I had one complaint it would be that the road outside can become quite noisty at busy times. Other than this I would have no hesitation in recommending the Landhotel Eden. The hotel is non smoking but do have part of the restaurant set aside for smokers.

All good, clean rooms, good bathroom, cozy carpet and clean. We've passed through winter so couldn't enjoy the external areas, but it looked really nice anyways

Frukosten var utmärkt. Trevligt o familjärt hotell. Mattorna i trappor hade tråkigt nog stora fläckar som tog ner renlighetsintrycket i några av de gemensamma utrymmena. Rummet var rent, dock lite litet.

Charming family-run hotel with good modern solutions, like a smart automat for checking in if you arrive after 21:30. Great and complete breakfast (even with bobbles). Highly recommendable stay if you need a peaceful place to sleep while travelling. Dogs are welcomed here :-)
