I stay in a lot of hotels and I could tell as soon as I drove on this property everything is painted cleaned manicured fresh. Staff is wonderful and inviting what a beautiful beautiful room haven't seen a room this perfect in quite some time thank you very much excellent job I will stay again

Excellent nights sleep! The mattress was comfortable, pillows were fluffy, sheets and comforter were soft! The room was clean and smelled clean. NO vape smell, which was nice and refreshing.

The Comfort Inn Ft Cavazos is located in a convenient location, accessible to a few dining options. The staff is friendly and able to help.

Property was very clean, air conditioning was excellent and shower water pressure was ideal. Located right off the highway, access to restaurants and other retail business was ideal.

The hotel was well kept. Buffet breakfast had a verity of food and it was very good. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

The vending machine did not accept credit cards at the time only cash. The walk to my room for a handicap was a long walk

Great stay with my pups

I was not told over the phone when I called multiple times to ask about the pet policy. I was charged 50 dollars plus 25 a night. I understand that I will receive the 50 back in “a few business days” as I was told but the fact that I called and asked and was not told of the charge to me is very shady business practices. I don’t like surprise cost when I arrive somewhere. This hotel is not worth 200 a night which is what I end up paying. I would have stayed at the la Quinta instead where they do not have surprise fees when you arrive. I tried to give a choice brand hotel a chance and after this I experience I will stay with the other guys. I am disappointed to say the least at the lack of transparency from this hotel.

Customer service was great and the room was clean

Several dining and shopping options near by. I could not use the eliptical machine, it was not plugged in and too close to the wall. but staff was very nice and let me move rooms.

Well all was good until about 9:30 am the house keepers tried to come through the door. Thank goodness I had the latch on or they would have seen it all! She then preceded to try and talk lady gtfo!!! Otherwise very cozy clean room

Superb quality in every aspect. We enjoyed the updated room, the quiet night, the excellent bed and facilities, and a wonderful breakfast in the morning.
