The location is easy to find and close to the international airport and Crete train station. There are no supermarkets nearby. Getting to the city center is a bit time-consuming, but easy by taxi. The room was as advertised: spacious and clean. The heating worked well, even though it was very cold and snowing outside. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. We had a room facing the main road, but we weren't disturbed by traffic noise at all. The toilet was clean, with hot water and good pressure, but unfortunately, there wasn't a bidet. The breakfast menu wasn't extensive, but the food was decent, and the cleanliness was okay. The receptionist spoke English and was helpful when we asked for a taxi to Crete train station.
