The hotel was absolutely amazing, the staff was super friendly and checked-in on us several times to make sure our stay was good, and the room was bigger and better then I expected.

From check in to check out, the staff were exemplary, the receptionist Roxanne went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant.

A lot of stores in area but they was doing road work so it was a lil confusing at first.

The receptionist Lewisa was so friendly, kind and extremely helpful...very happy person and I hope you appreciate her hard work and dedication.

They only thing is there is a lot of road construction at the time we came that part was horrible. The hotel itself was great.

1. Forgot a pair of designer boots in room after check out, called hotel, nobody knows. We are not sure if the maid took them or front desk took them. 2. When check out ask for a receipt, was told will email you. Never got that email. 3. When check in was assigned the worst room with so much noise.

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s clean and everything about my stay was great. Mason, -manager- was super helpful and very nice. Breakfast was another highlight.

Not too bad

Enjoyed the stay. Fast and easy checki in. Very pleasant staff. Spent some time at Fenchy Bar and grill in the hotel. Bartenders were over the top and so friendly! Highly recommended and will stay here again!

Staff and room was nice but the bathroom fixtures in the tub was not properly attached in the tub and shower. The first night stay was nice but there was a lot of noise and stomping coming from the second floor on the second night, which disturbed by sleep.

It was amazing experience. The day before an employee above and beyond helping us check in because we’d be arriving late.
