photos online are staged- rooms weren’t cleaned well before our stay. Our room was right next to the road so it was loud all the time. Sink and counters didn’t seem to be cleaned. The room smelled horribly of smoke every time we entered. I had to go buy a can of febreze Overpriced for what it is. office/lobby is only open for a few hours a day. Person who checked me in was kind. But i left super early in the morning so had to chdck out over the phone once they opened.

Hospitality was excellent. Room was very nice. Beds were great. Only thing wrong was refrigerator didn’t work when we first checked in. We told the front desk and they came to fix it. Was working when we left for the day but then was off when we got back. We had to throw away all of our food.

No COMMUNICATION. NO one called me and everytime I called they did not have my room available. The manager instructed me to stay at another hotel until the next day.. The next day another manager informed me no rooms would be ready until Wednesday. I called Tue, Wed, Thur, Friday and told to call back the next day.. No rooms available. No call back nothing. Now Expedia and InTown will not even pay the cost of staying at another hotel at the last minute! Not even at least pay what I was going to be charged at InTown...and I take the loss for the difference. I hope Expedia understands I am not at fault here yet Im sure Expedia will say the same thing. I know there are circumstances but damn not even an apology nor help to get another hotel. Really bad from InTown and Expedia. Shame in both of you. This is definitely a Tiktok or social media posting.

I had a reservation though Expedia and when I showed up the front desk lady was rude and told me there were no rooms available even know I had a reservation.
