Booked a room through expedia, when I got there to check in place was closed. Never got my money back..

I was told room gets cleaned only on Monday and never got cleaned, Tuesday got only my beds made, garbage wasn’t picked up. Horrible property. Room carpet was ripped off and dirty

This place had roaches in the bathroom. When my grandson would turn on the lights they came out. We terminated the stay the 3rd day of a two week reservation. Management would only return 1 week of the money when 2 weeks had been paid. This hotel stills owes me another $352.00. Management was not helpful at all
