Great stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and facilities of the room were also outstanding.

Whilst the room and service was good, there was no hot water in the morning. As I was checking out I didn’t get chance to see how they responded to resolving it. Reception apologised but didn’t offer any recompense. Breakfast had a good selection, but coffee/drinks was self service and some items of food were overcooked.

الإيجابيات الموقع جيد وحجم الغرف ممتاز السلبيات عملية التسجيل والدخول إستغرقت وقتا طويلا مع وجود أخطاء في الحساب الشبابيك ليس لها مقبض ولا تستطيع غلقها مما يسبب إزعاج المغاسل غير عملية بتاتا
