Holualoa Inn is a perfect place to stay if you want a quiet place with beautiful surroundings. It made a great base for exploring the Big Island. Breakfast was amazing as well. Definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful spot and very attentive staff. Lovely small town (in the lush Hawaiian landscape) wonderful for watching sunset. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer. Grounds are spectacular.

Holualoa Inn is awesome. So peaceful. Even though it is in beautiful Hawaii, I saw many guests just spending time at the Inn because it is so lovely. The staff were great, and the breakfasts were super. I highly recommend the Inn for someone looking to escape the big hotel experience.

Every detail to this property was absolutely amazing. The location, the cottages, the flowers on the property, the food, and the staff. I would definitely recommend this property for everyone.

Our stay at the Holualoa Inn was relaxing, rejuvenating and beautiful. The Inn, grounds and staff are lovely in every way. We needed a place to heal and just chill and be swept away with the beauty of the island. We didn't need to leave to find the perfect beach or restaurant...we just found a new and special place within the Inn to relax and enjoy. There are so many special places both inside and outside to watch the sunsets and the splendor of the island.

We stayed here for the last two days of our Big Island vacation and it was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful setting, warm and attentive hosts, fabulous breakfasts, stunning views... I could go on, but come and see for yourself! I'd rank this in the top B&B we've stayed in and wouldn't consider another place on this island. If you don't mind driving to the beach, this is blissful! Mahalo

My husband and I stayed at their Plumeria suite which was nothing but magical. It gave the Hawaii feel as the entire room had wooden walls, Hawaiian handicraft and artwork and stone floors but had all the amenities that one will needs for the stay. They were as thoughtful as to leave make up removal pads! The staff were really friendly and Donald, one of the staff gave us some good recommendations as to where we should go for the Lu'au show. The inn had a pool and the facility of a hot tub outside overlooking the hill and part of the island. The breakfasts were different every day and we could enjoy freshly cut fruits from their own garden and hot food that the chef prepared for each of the guest. I definitely recommend this place to stay if you wish to get away from the busyness of a resort and enjoy some quiet time.

The cottage was the perfect home base for our honeymoon and exactly what I imagined as I explored the options online. Cooler, more intimate alternative to resort stay with amazing views. The staff, facilities, and breakfasts were excellent. Although we hadn't planned to use the kitchen much we ended up preparing meals together rather than going out which turned out to be an unexpected bonus. A little traffic noise from the adjacent road and a party next door one night that didn't bother us, but worth noting so others won't be surprised.

Beautiful, clean rooms. Pool and hot tub were a welcome addition. Staff were welcoming. Great breakfast daily from lovely chefs. Secluded location but only a short drive from town. Would suggest hiring a car to get around island easily.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our time in Hawaii, we even were in a resort on Maui. This place had so much character, it was very quiet and relaxing, the views were unbelievable. The breakfasts were delicious. If there was only one bad thing it would be lack of AC. Maybe it was just our room. We had a fan, but it could only do so much. Or it could have been the timing of our trip. The was very minor though compared to how awesome the hotel was. I would highly recommend this hotel and want to stay here again.

We stayed two nights. In addition to breakfast, the Inn puts out homemade snacks at 4. With multiple areas to enjoy the views, we had complete privacy. The inn manager and cook accommodated our every whim. Expensive yes, but worth the cost

This B&B has extraordinarily nice rooms (really suites) which are very modern. It sits on a hill overlooking the Kona coast. You can relax all day by the pool or walk through the town of Holualoa with its many galleries or drive to the shore for swimming and snorkeling (there is equipment to borrow). Breakfast is a delicious combination of fresh fruit and cooked egg dishes and Kona coffee. The staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating.

Top!
