The AC was not cooling enough , the pool was closed due to opening date ,disregarding the amount of heat , the girls at the breakfast room removed whatever left of the breakfast in such a speed that we were astonished she was literally running as soon as she finished, she turned of the lights while we were still eating that was ridiculous.

Lovely, super clean room. Very comfortable. We were not able to have the benefit of the included breakfast however because it was served too late foe our schedule (8:30 on Sundays).

A convenient stop outside of Madrid. We were flying the next morning and it took us 45 minutes to get to the airport. Good value for money. The free breakfast was a helpful extra. Parking and check in were easy.

There were no refrigerators in the rooms and the staff said they have no ice...

It is a very pretty place, receptionists at the front desk are very kind and breakfast is very good. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the Hotel is far from Madrid if you go by public transportation but there is a bus stop across the hotel that takes you to a train station for about 4 euros.

The property and the room was very nice and neat. The problem was the air conditioner in our room. It was quite poor. It could never cool the room. It a was very hot and miserable night with very little sleep. The breakfast buffet was rather skimpy and did not offer much. It was disappointing. Overall I cannot recommend this property due to these two issues.

Amazing place.

You must insist on a naturally ventilated room. The one I had was roasting hot and the A/C did not work and this was October 31 Otherwise a very good location in a quiet town. Take anything that you might need because there was absolutely nothing available until breakfast.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon for a 2 night stay. The check in was efficient, however the hotel had no bar or restaurant facilities available on either of the days, other than the continental breakfast that was provided with our room rate.

Very good hotel to stay in Illescas for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was fine. If I come back to this area for work, will definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel for the pool. However it was closed due to a wedding and nobody let us know. Bitterly disappointed
