Both guys at reception Jorge and Raul were masterclass

Professional check in and perfect location I can't praise Jorge and Raul at reception highly enough, they are a credit to their company and should be given a salary increase

Such a lovely stay, very clean and comfortable rooms. Really friendly staff, lovely breakfast and perfect location for the town and the sea. We would stay here again!

Excellent hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. Close to local restaurants and the beach. Public transport also easily accessible, main but station about 15 min walk for access into Alicante. Overall, we loved our stay at the Narcea Hotel and would use again for Santa Pola.

Good hotel with a nice breakfast. Good location as near local bars, cafes and a couple of very nice cake cafes. Less then easy 10 min walk to the beach

From top to bottom, I’m extremely happy to have booked this accommodation. Comfy bed, good size room (even as it was the smaller looking one on the first floor) great bathroom and powerful shower. Breakfast was a real big plus point, open kitchen and you can ask different eggs if need be. Really impressive. close to fantastic walking routes, beach, endless cafes, restaurants a plenty and bars galore. Very impressed and would stay here again!

Absolutely great . Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough, with places to visit to car parking.

Great hotel, great location, great buffet selection,. The hotel seems quite new, not too big, spotless, comfortable and homely; loved it. Location wise, there shops were a 3 mins walk, cafe and the beach and places to eat were within a stone's throw. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable, Raul, George. We will definitely be back for longer stay.

We were celebrating our 25th Wedding anniversary and they left us a bottle of Prosecco, some chocolates and a lovely personal note. Room was always spotless and whole hotel clean and always smelt clean.

Perfect stay....

My only complaint is the difficulty to find a parking, every thing else was great.

The rooms are impeccably clean and smell fresh - a rarity in the hotel business. Parking in the area is horrendous however, and it is not easy to offload baggage at the front of the hotel.
