Clean, not bad, automated easy check-in. My guess is you'd only stay here on your way passing through to elsewhere, or maybe as a place to sleep while driving into the mountains. Comfortable enough, not all that cozy, and no elevator.

It was a good stay for the night. Drove from Paris on our way to Barcelona. Unfortunately they double charged me. I went to the front desk to inquire and they said it was like an "authorization" and it should go away. Um...I've worked on hotels and charges typically don't just (go away). I will have to contact my bank to resolve the issue. Other than that. The hotel was good.

The breakfast was varied - cheese and ham, cereals, fresh fruit, several fruit juices - and the breakfast room was light and airy. The price was very reasonable. Both members of staff with whom I spoke were friendly and helpful.

Very compact room but very clean. Economical when staying several nights. Good breakfast. Excellent, very friendly and helpful staff. On-site parking. Lots of restaurants nearby and within walking distance which was a bonus. Note that front desk has limited opening hours. Would use again.

A room for a family for short stays is great. It is forbidden to eat in the rooms and also there is no common space where you would eat if you bring in your own food:( An electric watter kettle would be welcomed.

We stayed here one night on the way to Paris from Barcelona. Had 8 people in our group (4 adults, 4 children). We booked two family rooms which had one double bed and two bunks. Was not possible to get adjoining rooms as there are only 3 family rooms in the hotel and they are on separate floors. No elevator. Staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and beds were decent but not great. Was ok for a one night stopover. Air conditioning was available. A bit on the expensive side compared to other hotels we have stayed in, but was one of the cheaper options available in Clermont-Ferrand and had good access from the A75.

very clean, modern, very good shower room with hot water, free parking, free wifi in your room. excellent moules restaurant next door. Just a few 100 yards from the free A75 Motorway South

Hotel is adequate but beware when booking that check in doesn't begin until 5pm and the hotel remains closed until then. A overnight stop is ok but not recommended for longer

We were transitioning cities in Clermont-Ferrand and only needed a hotel for 1 night. This hotel provided a clean and comfortable room, excellent staff that all spoke English as well as French, and a suitable breakfast. We were very pleased with our stay.
