The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I had everything I needed.

A nice no-frills hotel, conveniently located, 20 min bus ride from the airport. The people who manage the hotel are lovely. The single room is tiny but nice. No tea making facilities, which was a disappointment. Hairdryers available form the reception. The room was warm and clean, no noise from the street.

We have no problem with this property apart from the noise level caused by guests walking on wooding floors.This may sound trivial but at 1.30 in the morning when you are a sleep.The building defo needs more sound prooffing. Overall a very clean and friendly place to stay.Also very convenient to getting around Biarritz.

This hotel is conveniently located close to all the main sites in Biarritz. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Very tall or broad guests may find the rooms on the small side (especially the shower). I would definitely recommend this hotel at this price point.

Great little hotel for a couple but too small for four people.

A lovely hotel which is in a quiet street with the best childrens play park to the rear of the hotel. Close walk to beaches and biarritz town. We were very comfortable and the hotel was clean with good shower in en suite bathroom. We stayed in the triple room with plenty of space for the three of us. Comfortable beds and towels provided. We took our travel kettle, hairdryer as always in France for our room. We shall return!!

This is nice homey-feeling hotel. It is an easy walk to the ocean walkway and not far from a small beach. It is also a fairly easy walk into town. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. The only concern I'd have with staying again is that I was here before the main season on an unexpectedly warm day and it was extremely difficult to find parking nearby. There is a spot reserved for checking-in and dropping off your luggage, but you may spend some time hunting for a space after that! If you're taking the train, I'd certainly recommend it.

Fine for a short stay but don't expect any frills. Breakfast good value for 7 euros. I suspect that the walls might be a bit poorly insulated noise-wise but thankfully there were no late night revellers.

we stayed 5 nights in the hotel and really had a good time. Very friendly and helpful owner, small but very comfortable and modern room and perfect location in Biarritz, close to the ocean and city centre. Definitely recommend it.

OK location, but less-than-paper thin walls and unnecessary laminated floors ensure that you will not have any sleep whatsoever until ALL your neighbors, including those on the same floor as you as well as those above and below you - do. And the town being a party place, well, good luck with that.

Chambre impeccable et personnel accueillant et serviable

Qualité literie . Le lit faisait beaucoup de bruit . Des travaux étaient en cours au 1er étage. Sac de plâtre laissé dans les escaliers . Un sac de PQ étaient également dans les escaliers .

Galère pour se garer, insonorisation affreuse, taille des chambres petites, puis de jour dans la chambre, vue sur un mur. L’hôtel est propre et proche du centre.
