The room was clean and really close to the beach which was fantastic for watching the sunsets. Breakfast was also very nice.

A charming seaside hotel. We had a sea-view room, it was very spacious with great views out over the Moray Firth. Modern upgraded bathroom was very good. The staff are lovely, very welcoming and happy to help. Good cooked breakfast and the hotel restaurant is really good quality. Parking out the front of the hotel is convenient (although limited spaces). The only potential downside is that it's an older building so access is a little limited (no lift), but the staff are very helpful if you do need help.

We booked a seaview room and were pleased to get the dual aspect room with views of west beach, the lighthouse, golf course and the RAF base runway. There weren’t any flights taking off but the more distant view was a bonus. The room was warm and there were seats and a table so we could sit and enjoy the view whilst it was raining outside. The bed was comfortable once we had managed to sort the quilt out. It had been positioned very low down with all the excess tucked in at the bottom causing the mattress to be raised at the feet. The shower was interesting. It didn’t mix the water so it was either very cold or very hot, no inbetween, but we managed. We took advantage of the two course dinner offer for residents and there were plenty of options on the menu. We also had the buffet breakfast in the morning, which had both hot and cold options and we ate plenty to keep the us going past lunchtime. All in all a great stay and good value for money.

Bathroom dirty (bath drain & toilet seat), grubby skirting and carpet edges, tired decor and aging finishings. Apart from our welcome receptionist, staff were uninterested and even with half an hour left of breakfast, seemed less than pleased that we’d turned up. For 2 nights, we just put up with it but really wished we had stuck with our original choice of AirB&B. Such a shame when, 30 years ago, this was the go to Lossie hotel.

The room was dirty. The cups were dirty when we arrived. Looked like coffee on the ceiling. You could hear every single person open/close their doors. It was close to walk to the beach and shops which was nice

The staff in all areas were excellent. Especially when my husband required first aid after a fall. Well done ladies.

The hotel itself was very tired, we had mobility problems and couldn't get into the over bath shower. However, the staff were very quick to find us a room with a walk in shower. The staff were very friendly and were always very quick to resolve any issues we had. One they couldn't resolve however was the 3 flights of stairs to the bedrooms, which were an issue for us with osteoarthritis.

A conveniently located place in Lossiemouth. The hotel has some age to it but it was clean and it served the need we had which was a stay for one night. Breakfast was ok. Lovely view from the restaurant. Friendly staff!

Great location with a beautiful ocean view from the dining room. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the bar and cocktail lounge area. Beautiful sights were in driving distance.
