Great location and with a parking space albeit very tight to get the car down the lane and we don’t have a large car. House was as described but very basic and just felt like not a lot of thought had gone into the decor and making it homely. Just a couple beach pics on the walls. Outdoors furniture was dirty. TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Bed was small and a bit uncomfortable. Downstairs toilet was dirty. Shower leaked and difficult to get in and out of the bath with the large shower door. It could be an amazing space with a little bit of thought and repainting as it is ideal for a weekend stay.

A lovely little tucked away property that was very close to the beach and pier and restaurants and pubs and high street. We really enjoyed our short stay. Thank you.

Great location and has a parking space, main bedroom is very nice but second bedroom is more suitable for children than an adult couple. Kitchen and living room is nice and the host supplied coffee and tea. Thank you!

We were surprised how the accommodation was. Lovely bright sunny lounge. Host left us orange juice in the fridge, fresh fruit on the table and chocolate by the bedside. Very good value for money. We will be staying the next time we visit Rye.
