We like to try and support independent establishments when booking our accommodation for business, but you do take a risk. With the corporates you kind of know what your getting. The Emsworth Hotel made this decision worthwhile. I would be so proud if this was my establishment, they have built a really special place. The staff are all caring and professional, the place is a nice place to be - well finished and tasteful. Bedrooms are well appointed, nicely decorated and clean. There are many thoughtful touches, such as drinks coolers in the corridors. There is plenty of parking. The onsite Restaurant offers well cooked, reasonably priced food in a nice setting.

Really nice friendly staff , very clean room and able to open the windows wide !! Because it was 26c !!! Very warm weekend, Negative would be the the one lodge is away from the main hotel so in poor weather it would be a downer, I stayed in there and thought thank goodness it’s dry

The room was good value for the price paid - we stayed 3 nights. The restaurant ( Blooms) was excellent. All the staff restaurant and housekeeping were excellent. The food was always cooked to our liking.

Discovered this little gem while on a road trip around West Sussex. What a beautiful hotel! Close driving distance to all locations we were visiting, wonderful staff - particularly Katie who was so helpful and kind - we also lucked out with a gorgeous tearoom attached to the hotel, Blooms, which seemed to be a popular place for non-staying guests too. Definitely recommend this and the hotel - would stay again in a blink! Thank you!

Poor condition room, looking shabby all round.

Lovely hotel, just off road and near train line because I could hear it at night with window open. Too hot closed. Iron, hairdryer and kettle with teas and coffees. Lovely little lounge and bar. Would be good to have a few more types of spirits and chance to buy snacks to go with them. Great breakfast and service of all staff helpful and friendly.

The staff were lovely and helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but perfectly appointed with really comfortable beds, the breakfasts were good with a variety of hot and cold foods with hot food cooked to order and healthy choices which is great. The only one thing I’d say is the pillows on beds need upgrading as quite flat but at least there were two each.
