It's comfortable, although there were some issues with the TV and bathroom, but the staff was very responsive. It's close to the airport. I stayed overnight yesterday to take my kids to a competition, so it was more comfortable to rest at the hotel than to go home. So far, so good.

Located at the very end of the Araya gate, the area is cool and surrounded by trees. Rooms are located on the second and third floors, and the reception is on the first floor. There are also several food stalls and a minimarket.

This is my second stay here. The location is great, within the Araya Malang housing complex. You can jog around the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings. However, the cleanliness of the room wasn't as good as it was the first time.

1. The room was noisy because the worker was working until late at night. 2. The room smelled and the bathroom was slippery. 3. There was no water heater, so if you wanted to get hot water you had to leave the room, and there were no glasses available. 4. Access to the room was only by stairs, and there was minimal staff assistance. 5. There was no parking, so people were left to their own devices. A suggestion for the management: if the hotel isn't ready to be converted into a hotel, it would be better to turn it into a boarding house first.

The hotel room wasn't as nice as the photos. It looked aesthetically pleasing in the photos. In reality, the room wasn't well-maintained; the paint on the lower walls was peeling, the room was damp and stuffy, and the cleanliness was poor. The hotel is located in the innermost part of Araya, and it takes approximately 15 minutes or 5 km to get out of Araya.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the floors. Receptionists, please don't lie if there are still vacancies on the second floor, don't say it's full. I was placed on the third floor even though there was a baby who needed hot water from time to time (there was no heater in the room). The dispenser was only on the second floor.
