Loved the location and the relaxing rocking chairs outside. Bed was comfortable but the cleanliness of room was very lacking. I prefer not to see hair in the bathroom on the floor or in the tub. Sweep room thoroughly prior to mopping. Management needs to do inspection after cleaning make sure standards are kept.

Buffet breakfast was upscale.

Great location to activities.

Nice size room with a great view of the lake. Clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was pedestrian and feel of the building was comfortable with seating on the lake side. Great place for walks with trails around the lake and ice cream across the street. Second time we have stayed here and would come back.

Could be much better. We were told room had a safe. No safe. We were told someone would come to the room to check it out. No one came. We were told no room cleaning but towels would be picked up if we left used towels in hall. 3 nights passed and no one ever came by. We went to front desk to get towels. They didn’t have any. What?! Came back later and they had some. Hated to write that because the building is new and in a great location. Such a huge investment in that yet seemed to be lacking so clearly on some basic service points. Lots of room for improvement. Step it up team!

Wished there had been more restaurants within walking distance. We found a Crepe restaurant that was very good.

The pool was about a mile away and charged $30 for three people, plus $3 to rent towels 🙄 TV went out ant 7:30pm and instead of replacing it they wanted us to pack up and move at 9:30pm. It was a nice hotel otherwise but these things dampened our spirts.

Quiet property on the lake with several amenities makes this a relaxing vacation spot!

Lake Junaluska is like Heaven on Earth. The Terrace hotel was comfortable, clean & the lake view was incredible.

Nice place for a weekend family trip when visiting this particular area. Everything was clean and property is kept in good condition. Good breakfast area, with views of the lake.

The Terrace is a most wonderful place to stay. I look forward to returning again someday soon.
