This hotel does not have generator facilities, so when the lights go out, the room is dark and you have to wait for the electricity to come back on.

The front desk was sometimes absent, causing other guests to ring the doorbell constantly, which was clearly audible from my room. It made my sleep sound and my rest comfortable.

this hotel need urgently so much immediately improvements in so many ways.. specially for the room and bathroom.. very not recommended for family stay.. i did it due to my family need to rest in tight time..

The flush closet is dead, there is no wardrobe or hanger, only 1 towel even though it is for 2 adults.
