The experience offered seemed lacking. I arrived in the evening after the rain had subsided, and the patio chairs and tables were all wet and there was no staff. When I asked about firewood for the stove, they only told me the price, and after the rain, the staff seemed reluctant. It's supposed to be for warmth, right? Before arriving, I contacted them for directions, but the explanation wasn't specific. For first-timers unfamiliar with the route, I recommend going through the Tambi area, which will take an extra hour or so, but it's safe.

Bobocabin is a comfortable place, far from the hustle and bustle of the city... but the road access really makes your heart beat faster...

The road access is a bit winding and narrow if coming from Bawang, maybe if you are driving you should be more careful. There is only 1 cafe near Bobocabin and there is a waiting list especially during meal times. The nearest Alfamart is near Bawang town square so it is better to shop first before going to Bobocabin but there is also a minimarket in the hotel if you don't have time to shop. The location is a bit far from Dieng but it is worth it with the view there and there is also a shuttle that can take guests if they want to go to Dieng, and there is a shuttle that is on standby to pick up guests at the cabin because from the parking lot to the cabin is quite far and the road is uphill. Overall, with the price, view and location, it is still worth it 😁
