Elevator is broken.

The staff was very hospitable. The A/C was out In the room. They brought us a fan and tried to get us a new room but unfortunately the property was completely occupied. The fan barely stood up but we made it. The room was beautiful.

El hotel estaba cerca de un subte muy directo a Manhattan pero la zona es media turbia. El ascensor no andaba así que se hacía casi imposible subir a la habitación después del desayuno.

Our room was ok . Toilet was not working well. Small gym with no ventilation. breakfast was good option . waffles were great. Hotel located near low income apartments.

I loved the cleanliness and staff and services were great. I thought the lift had cramped space.

The rooms were clean, and that was the only positive aspect of this hotel. The food was terrible and lacked variety. There were no vegetables or fruits, except for bananas. There was no selection of cheeses or cold cuts. There was no coffee machine. There wasn’t enough space in the dining area for all the guests, so many people took their plates up to their rooms. One of the three elevators was out of service the entire week, which caused long lines after breakfast. There was no option to use the stairs instead. The parking is extremely expensive — $45 per night for a regular vehicle and $55 per night for an SUV. The location of the hotel is terrible. It felt unsafe to walk outside, especially toward the subway station, due to the unpleasant environment and people in the area. Also, the bathroom door in our room was broken and wouldn't close properly.

The facility itself was nice however, our room was boiling hot the whole time. No one ever fixed the ac. Everytime we ordered room service we had to call again because they forgot about us. The area is very unsafe and not as advertised at all.

We went to stay 4 nights with a group of four families. In some of the rooms, the A/C didn’t work properly. The elevators were congested during breakfast time and some us had to take stairs after waiting for more than 10 minutes. The breakfast was decent. The surrounding neighborhoods didn’t feel safe even though it is a hotel area with many other hotels nearby.

Hotel, room and staffs are wonderful. Its just the ghetto neighborhood I did not like. No good stores available nearby.

Unpleasant experience

We enjoyed our stay here, this was my 3rd time staying here and I loved it every time, the only thing i wish was different is the bathroom size. I do get it, it’s nyc at the end of the day, but a larger counter space in the bathroom would improve the space.. I believe the staff members name was athia that checked us in, she was very pleasant and I appreciate her service ❤️ made sure to let her front end manager know at checkout.

Hair everywhere. Stains on carpet. Utterly disgusted. Gimmick “city view”. Most of the view was a power plant. Saw the tops of buildings through a foggy broken window.

Neighborhood was not the best. Easy access to subway.

Nice and clean city hotel. Friendly staff. Lovely buffet breakfast. Good location when visiting NY (around 20 minutes to center Manhattan).
