The rooms were clean, and that was the only positive aspect of this hotel.
The food was terrible and lacked variety. There were no vegetables or fruits, except for bananas. There was no selection of cheeses or cold cuts. There was no coffee machine.
There wasn’t enough space in the dining area for all the guests, so many people took their plates up to their rooms.
One of the three elevators was out of service the entire week, which caused long lines after breakfast. There was no option to use the stairs instead.
The parking is extremely expensive — $45 per night for a regular vehicle and $55 per night for an SUV.
The location of the hotel is terrible. It felt unsafe to walk outside, especially toward the subway station, due to the unpleasant environment and people in the area.
Also, the bathroom door in our room was broken and wouldn't close properly.
