Great property overall!

We had previously stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was excellent but this time only the one bedroom with the bunk bed cabine was available. It's supposed to sleep up to 6 people but was very small and only equipped for up to four. This was not a problem for us except the kitchen which is minuscule with nowhere to prepare or even place anything. We asked for a quiet apartment away from the lift but were given one opposite the lift. The first morning was OK but the second was chaos with noise from 7:30 am from guests and the cleaning staff. Only the main double bed was made up when we arrived so make sure you check if you also want to use the bunk bed room.

Loved the room, was very clean and the staff were great

Rom are big, super clean and comfy. Service is good, we didn't try the breakfast, but you can buy (1,80 E!) cups of coffee in the lobby. Only thing that we didn't like is that access to the Hamam and sauna are extra. Piscine is big... with plenty of kids!

Really nice hotel but glad we had a car as it’s a bit of a walk from the gondola. Pillows were crap but other than that is was great. Nice kitchen and amenities too

Väldigt fräscht lägenhetshotell med bra läge i Auron. Bra parkering både i garage och utomhus. Pool, samt bastu och hammam. Det kostar lite extra för att nyttja bastun och hamammen. Dock lite snäva öppettider (stänger 19), så tyvärr missade vi detta några kvällar.

Tout etait bien, a part: la temperature de la piscine. Au debut du sejour ca allait, deux jours plus tard elle etait froide..impossible de l'utiliser! La propreté du spa et des vestiaire pourrait etre significativement améliorée, les douches a l'entree de la piscine sont froides! Les chambres n'avaient ni moquette ni tapis, la télé ne pouvait pas etre orientee face au canapé...

Excellent hôtel mais le petit déjeuner est vraiment très cher même s'il est qualitetif! La dame du petit déjeuner est absolument adorable et compétente ! Merci

Séjour et accueil très agréables avec un service à la réception cinq étoiles. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Presqu’un sans faute , seul bémols quant à la température de l’eau de la piscine un peu froide . J’ai passé un excellent séjour merci

Très bon séjour. Appartement très confortable, petit déjeuner copieux et excellent. Même si l’hôtel n’est pas au centre ville, celui ci est à 10/15 minutes à pieds et pour le départ au ski une navette passe à la sortie de la résidence.
