I checked in quite late but was still able to check in quickly. The room quality was decent for the price. The breakfast buffet on the day I arrived was on a weekday, so there were fewer options than on my previous weekend visit.

The room was a bit cramped. The elevator was slow. The swimming pool wasn't cleaned or maintained.

The experience was satisfying, the breakfast buffet was just right.

Friendly staff, clean rooms.

The staff were friendly, however, the soundproofing was poor; guests slamming doors loudly made it impossible to sleep. The toilet smelled foul, with a very strong sewage odor. The breakfast food was not fresh - it was old and not worth eating.

The amenities were complete, the location was great right in the center, there was a park nearby, but the sink faucet occasionally splashed water everywhere, which was quite a shock. The breakfast had a limited selection (probably because I went during the week).

After a 2-day, 2-night stay at The Palms, I was truly impressed and wanted to give my praise to the hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt the friendliness and enthusiasm of the entire staff – from the security guard and cleaning staff to the receptionists, everyone was welcoming and ready to assist. The hotel's spacious and pleasant atmosphere created a truly relaxing feeling during my stay. The ample and convenient parking gave me peace of mind when traveling. What I liked most was the feeling of coming home every time I went out and then returned to the hotel – very familiar, warm, and comfortable. A lovely place to stay, suitable for both rest and rejuvenation. I will definitely return to The Palms on future trips.

Quite similar to a local places

The hotel space is beautifully decorated, the lobby is spacious, the room has a balcony with a beautiful lake view, but the lake is mossy and not treated, you can't swim, the bed is close to the balcony door so it's very cramped. The room is for 2 people but you have to avoid each other when walking in the room because it's narrow. The shower drains right at the toilet so after showering, the entire toilet gets wet. The amenities in the room are complete, small screen TV. The breakfast buffet has few dishes, at 8am there are only fried eggs and drinks, the staff supports extra bacon😅

New hotel, clean, comfortable, convenient location. However, the toilet was smelly, had an unpleasant sewer smell so I couldn't sleep well.

Enthusiastic staff, breakfast has too few dishes, not diverse

Normal service. I went for 3 days and 2 nights. Had breakfast here twice. The first time the quantity and taste of the dishes were acceptable. But the second time the quantity of dishes was reduced (only porridge, soup, fried rice and chicken stew) -> I didn't eat and had to go out.

Nice room, old elevator booked on app so got good price, sale is more than 700k if the price is not on sale, receptionist said 1.5 million, I think it's a bit high staff support enthusiastically

Delicious food, spacious hotel, reasonable price. I think the hotel should have staff bring things to the room for guests. It will make the hotel more professional.

The staff are lovely and enthusiastic The room is not as nice as the picture hihi, compared to that price, BM or other hotels will be more spacious, the food is more delicious and more. The swimming pool is super cold.

Cozy room. Fully equipped. Clean. Near Duong Hill beach. Buffet breakfast with normal dishes, okay. Weak point: poor soundproofing.
