Superb, location next MRT ferrer park and just opposite mustafa center. Service excellence, rooms perfect just need to add water sprayer in the toilet (now-tissue only).

In overall we had a good stay. The hotel location is strategic, close to the mall and easy to find food. MRT is also very close. The hotel itself although compact was good, breakfast and afternoon snacks were provided. Staffs were helpful both in the reception and restaurant. David from the restaurant had been great, always nice, helpful, and smiling, while the others in the restaurant seem to still need to boost their friendliness towards the guests. The only major drawback for us is that the room pictures provided in app was far from similar from what we got when we checked in. While we paid for the room that had the largest size in app (royal maharaja)-we specifically picked and reviewed the room based on the pictures and sizes provided-we got the royal maharani instead. Traveloka needs to put the exact room name that matches with the pictures and matches with hotel 's given room name instead of just random name in their room pictures in the app side. Maharani room was smaller for sure than our expectation, but it was clean, except the carpet. Also we stayed for 4 people (2 adults+2 kids), but they only provided us with 4 towels on the first day, and left us with 2 towels in the subsequent days. You need to ask them to give you proper number of towels if you stayed more than 1 day there.
