Convenient location, friendly services

Ive stayed here many times during the past 13 years, and it is one of the best hotels in the Nanshan District of Shenzhen.

I stayed in this hotel for one week in total. It is simply the best hotel. Great location, the metro Line #9 is just next to the hotel. The metro lines #11 (to the airport) and #12 are within walking distance. Breakfast is a feast, including tons of both Chinese and western food. Room is clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The lobby is like a palace. Hotel staff are very kind. A lot of good restaurants are close by. This is going to be my home hotel every time I visit Shen Zhen.

Super convenient location and beautiful scenery.

While this is a 20 year old hotel, the condition is excellent and exactly what you expect from a 4 star property. The staff are genuinely caring and helpful, and the management included. And the breakfast is absolutely amazing. I come to Shenzhen often and this will now be my go to hotel. There’s an overwhelming choice of dining and shopping and other services within walking distance. The place is quiet and clean and a real gem.

Great people

Downtown is close enough to the airport and there are plenty of things to do in the area.

Hotel is close to many different sites for shopping amd restaurants. Convenient and walking distance to many local shops, pharmacies and stores.

We were greeted by staff and carried our luggage to our room. Any questions that we had, the staff had answers for us. They are cuties and helpful. We enjoyed talking to them for the best customer service the provided.

Baby bed crooked and uncomfortable. Our own bottle sterilizer exploded when plugging in socket in room. Shower water power is too soft. Baby tent too big without platform for babies. Upgraded room comfortable and spacious. Service fine. Breakfasts lot of varieties.

Good value. The traffic conditions in transition presents some challenge to access hotel.

The room was very clean. The location is close to the train station.

I like the cosy room and bed. TOILET is clean and well maintain. No particular dislike.

Bad arrangements. We booked a room for 3 adults and it turned out that a room with a double bed was assigned. We requested to change to a twin bed room but the receptionist said that day was a full house.

Service is very good. A bit noisy in the room and not very convenient for taxi.

I like the location. I dislike the reception counter staff for handling the check-in. Mess up with guest name and room number.
