When I checked in, the staff took a long time to arrive. The room lights were off. The TV was broken and wouldn't turn on.

There are cockroaches in the room, and the AC remote can't be used for anything

It doesn't include a swimming pool and there are no kitchen equipment, so it's not worth staying in an apartment for people who want to explore the facilities at the place they stay.

Good enough. Facilities according to budget.

Disadvantages: sheets not changed musty clothes, no towels, poorly maintained bathroom, sink still has cigarette butts, service is adequate, security guard is friendly, apparently paying 230 RB still can't access the swimming pool 😬. Advantages, comfortable room with cold AC as requested facing the rice fields, not noisy, free parking, strategic location too. Enough for me.

Very bad, I ordered a double bed but was given a single bed with the excuse that it was bigger. I had to ask for blankets and towels before they were given. I only stayed here once, I won't stay again. Expensive price, cheap quality.

I think less. There's only 1 towel and if the towel gets a little powder on it, you'll immediately be charged 100 thousand, which doesn't make sense. If you get blood stains, it's still okay, sorry but it's not enough at the end.

Bad, the room smells musty, the furniture is damaged, there is no mineral water provided, the toilet leaks so it is difficult to flush when urinating.
