The staff is not friendly, the room smells musty. Not recommended

Dirty water, dead taps, dirty floors.

Twice stayed here, the first experience thank God was very good until finally decided to stay here again, the location is very strategic close to the shopping center and not too far from the city. Unfortunately when my wife and I stayed the second time we had an unpleasant experience when resting at this inn. The location of the room is on the lower floor to the left of the stairs up. The unpleasant things we experienced: 1. The TV could not be used, so the room was quiet. 2. We often heard women laughing around the room. 3. Often woke up at night because of disturbances-disturbances-disturbances4. The most unpleasant disturbance was when we found dried blood on the clossed in the morning. Actually there were many experiences that we decided not to tell, overall there were many strange things in the room we occupied so it was difficult to rest.

The water in the bathroom was a bit yellow, and when I checked in the trash in the room had not been thrown away. Everything else was pretty good.

I couldn't find this hotel. I followed Google and what was provided was incorrect, even though the address was correct, there was no hotel.

Cleanliness is very poor. Entering the room smells musty. The pillow especially has a strong smell and can't be used, it's really musty. The floor is not clean and dusty. The one who put lipstick on the wall in my room swears that his cleft lip is really dirty. The room has a lot of leaking (leaking + moldy). However, for this price, there are still cleaner areas in the BJB area. Oh yes, for those who want to stay overnight, think again about parking.

The cleanliness should be on the higher level, right? The TV also turns off when the AC is less cold. If the location is safe and strategic, there are many food places around it.

The accommodation rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy, but there is almost no parking space for vehicles because they have to share with an electronics shop, there are also lots of electrical sockets, which is not bad.

The hotel is not as pictured! When we arrived the room was very dirty and smelly. Booking 3 rooms for 2 days was a waste! We immediately went to another hotel and didn't end up staying at this hotel. The air conditioner was dripping and very dirty. Very sorry because it was very inappropriate! May it be a blessing!

I didn't end up staying because the hotel didn't match the hotel photos, it was dirty and smelly, but Traveloka hasn't refunded it and I'm still waiting for it to arrive.

Yesterday I cancelled my stay at this inn because I saw other people's reviews that there was no car parking.

Pas mau cek in, ternyata tidak ada fasilitas parkir buat mobil malah di suruh parkir di halaman lain jadi saya batalkan cek in.

Kotor dan bocor, kurang pokoknya

Kondisi kamar cukup bersih, hanya lantai kamar nya kelihatan kotor karena tegel keramik nya kaya ngelupas. Kondisi kebersihan lingkungan luar kamar yang perlu lebih di tingkatkan. Pelayanan cukup bersahabat, harga yang dibayar dengan jasa dan layanan yang diperoleh berimbang.

Sedih banget kasurny per semua. G mau lagi nginap di sini.

Pintu masuknya kotor, sabun sama handuk, air minum ndk ada, semua serba beli. Parkiranya susah.
