They should consider gym and shower facilities for customers. I had an early check in and room wasn't ready which was fair. I did need to head into the office and would have loved a shower after a long flight. Unusually, the gym did not have showering facilities at all. Something to consider introducing for the business travelers we have?

I had a pleasant stay here, but in the 2nd day my room can not lock it so I have to move to the other room. Their staff is very friendly.

A fabulous Hotel in the heart of Sydney. Absolutely spotless with lovely welcoming staff, was an absolute steal at last minute rates. We will stay here again, next time we are in Sydney!

Very central location with close access to amenities. The room is new and well-refurbished. We were also worry about the noise since the hotel is a low rise building but it turns out nice thanks to the double layer windows.

It was perfect!!! Definitely would come back again!!!!
