We enjoyed our stay, location was convenient. The bed was comfortable. The fitness center was ok, treadmill needs maintenance.

The rooms were big and bathroom was exceptionally large. One outlet didn’t work in one of the bathrooms. Also I booked 2 rooms only to find after check in that the rooms were on opposite ends of the hallway from each other. I ask the desk clerk about it and while nice she said there was nothing she could do. I would not stay here again if I needed to rooms side by side or even across the hall from each other. Overall the stay was pleasant enough

We did have an issue with our first room but it was quickly resolved with a new one. Front desk staff was excellent.

The hotel room was good and the staff friendly. It was sold out probably due to Spring Break and everyone visiting the Ark Encounter. The breakfast was on the skimpy side and crowded, very few healthy options

Did not greet us as we walked in the door had to say hello ,Hello, hello so any body could check us in, front desk personal not courteous
