Breakfast was very expensive for what was offered. More selections would have made the experience better but to access to food while staying on vacation is a convenience.

Great stay

We stayed for 12 days . The room was clean basic , confusing as to when housekeeping would come and clean. Sometimes at 7-8 pm. We loved the pool option and chilled there pretty much every day- would have loved a more attentive/interactive staff (bar one lovely lady and the bartender with the glasses ) that would come to the loungers and ask if you wanted a drink/ needed another drink rather than making you go to the bar all the time - took away from that “being on holiday feeling.” The staff were nice , some friendly , some meh. Breakfast was okay, you had the option to have omelette's/ scrambled eggs made and quite of few other options. I liked the fruit selection and the fact that they changed their offerings every day. We were offered credit when the pool was closed one afternoon bc a private event but had to basically go and ask for it - which wasn’t cool. We loved the rooftop menu and the club sandwich was great. Overall a nice experience and great location but nothing that really stood out .

Easy access. Great location,clean and updated. Met our needs for a 1 night transfer stay. Very quiet rooms.

Just a regular location, nothing too special about it. Beach is a 10min walk but the mall is literally next door. Cleanliness is bad, had to ask the hotel folks to come up and clean it again. The pool on the roof is amazing but expect loud music and alot of crowd on good days. Food at the Azulinda restaurant is fantastic!

Friendly staff. I was able to have a massage and go to the pool. As a solo traveler it made it easier to go shopping and to the pool without going outside the resort

The hotel is in good location, the room is clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and nice, the WiFi is high speed.but there is one thing isn't good,the smoke detector was suddenly made so loud after midnight to woke us up, the repairman helped us to resolve the problem,but we need to take a long time to asleep again.

The top shelves were dusty. The carpets seem like they should’ve been replaced 10 years ago. Strings of the Carpet coming out, padding matted down. Breakfast service at Best was okay. Definitely not worth what I paid, 520 bucks a night. 100 bucks a night would’ve been too much.

The hotel was very aesthetically pleasing. The staff were polite and helpful. My room was clean, and the cleaning service was done well daily. I have no complaints! It’s more of a quiet/chill hotel. If you’re looking for more craziness and fun this wouldn’t be the ideal stay for you.

Loved the rooftop pool and hot tub, disliked the loud club music at all hours of the day, and thoroughly enjoyed the the breakfast.

Carlos is the first person who greeted us with a great smile, awesome attitude and proactive to help us.

I have to give a shout out to Carlos. He was absolutely wonderful and made sure that even though we were having a stressful time trying to find a place to stay while our flight was delayed he made sure that we had an enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

Very expensive for vwry little better option to stay on beach side

We experienced multiple service and maintenance issues during our stay, especially concerning basic comfort and housekeeping. On the first night, our room did not have proper blankets, which made it very difficult to sleep. When we requested blankets, we were initially given sheets instead, and one of them was damp. During the stay, housekeeping was inconsistent, and one day the room was not serviced at all. Additionally, the air conditioning system did not function properly — the control panel was damaged, the temperature display was unreadable, and the AC kept blowing cold air regardless of the setting. We were traveling with children, and these repeated issues significantly affected our comfort and rest. Overall, the service did not meet expectations for this category of hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent.
