We stayed here in anticipation of a very early flight the next morning, but unfortunately the airport shuttle service and free breakfast did not start early enough. However we really enjoyed our stay. Especially the outdoor patio area and firepit, as well as loanable games to play at the tables in the lobby. The desk personnel were helpful and courteous.

Nice clean hotel with a great breakfast

The ottoman was missing two of 4 wheels at check in which was odd. But if they were OK renting the room like that, OK. There was also no hand lotion available and at other Hiltons (Pittsburgh, Chicago) we stayed at within the last 30 days did.

cob webs in each room, temp control was intermittent, highway was so loud I could not sleep. will not stay again.

I had an issue with hotels.com not booking 1 of my 2 rooms. The hotel phones were down and I am still trying to get a refund. Hotels.com customer service is less than desirable. The hotel is not fully staffed and hotels.com requires a manager to speak with them. The hotel is nice but I would book directly.

Homewood Suites has big, beautiful suites and the common areas are spotless. Friendly staff with great recommendations around town.
