This is my first time staying here after looking for a place in the city of Jogya, there is no access location in the city, in front of the inn there is a place to eat meatballs and soto. and it is strategic and there are vehicle rental facilities.. the downside is that the inn is an old building. the cleanliness is lacking, the rooms have lots of holes, if they are painted and maintained a little, it will be okay, the owner is friendly, yes.. there are only a few improvements to the building and the cleanliness of the bathroom and room. it needs to be improved again, thank you

Finally, when I wanted to check out, I couldn't take a shower because the water was off, but it was worth it because it was close to tourist attractions.

Took a family room with 2 queen beds in the room. The room is quite comfortable, there is AC, wifi, and LCD TV. Coffee/tea, sugar and dispenser are also provided at the entrance of the property, adding to the comfort for guests. There are also billiard facilities as guest entertainment. The property is also not too far from Taman Sari, Alkid, and Pasar Ngasem. Increasing the comfort of a vacation in Jogja. Around the property there are also many delicious food stalls, and not too far from the mini market. Highly recommended for small families if you want to stay here at a fairly affordable price.

I already booked but the room was given to someone else with the excuse of late check out. The service is really bad 🥹🥲.

4 4 Malam di sini. Mengambil room tipe family. Ada 2 kasur queen di kamar. Plusnya properti ini: ada teh, kopi, dispenser, dan cemilan gratis yang selalu tersedia gratis untuk para tamu; Lokasi ok, dekat dengan kuliner-kuliner enak di seberangnya: ada baso tetelan, mie ayam, soto, dan lain-lain; Dekat dengan Indomaret, tinggal jalan kaki 4 menitan; Terdapat laundry kiloan tepat di depan properti; Wifi yang cukup kencang; Tv kabel dan lcd tv. Minusnya properti ini: room agak sempit (terutama untuk room family), water heater tidak berjalan normal, Ac tidak terlalu dingin, kasurnya sudah melenyot jika ditiduri. So far, masih cukup recommended untuk disinggahi jika sedang main-main ke Jogja.

Friendly staff and owner, free drinks, basically the best for this accommodation.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful upon check in.
