"A piece of heaven in Purwakarta.. I was so happy staying here, the staff were friendly, the room and hotel area were clean, the breakfast was quite good, and I got a birthday compliment for my son, he was so happy. I thought I would only get cake slices like other hotels, but this time the staff came in droves to the room to sing him a happy birthday song 🤗 thank you all.. I will come back again, this time I will bring an army ☺

Great Place for Staycation with Family.. Great services & friendly staff. Reception change our room to better location, with same Class. Thank you for the recommendation & really appreciate it. Try to had dinner in the restaurant, the food was delicious & menu quite variative. Breakfast also quite okay. There are several swimming pools in some locations. You could choose the closest with your room. Also available swimming pool for children. Kids feel so happy to stay here, as they also had Playground & Aviary. Recommended for you to stay here.

Quite homely and good to eat, nice comfortable place

Overall, the hotel and service are good. Maybe a little criticism, when guests are having breakfast, they don't need to be "waited" too much, so they don't have the freedom to take their food. It would be better if the waiters stood in another place so that if someone needed help, they could still be easily called. Don't line up at the rice/main dish table.

God willing, I will definitely come back here. The facilities, rooms, location, spots, and prices are very satisfying. The kids are very happy. Unfortunately, we checked in about 2 hours late so we weren't satisfied with staying here for long. Got a nice, spacious room at a good price with a bonus of a beautiful view from the room, aah, I really like it. Overall, I really like it, but the breakfast menu is less varied than other hotels, but it tastes okay 😻 FYI, the sunrise and sunset from here look very beautiful.

Stunning view and many beautiful photo spots plus historical. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. Suggestion, can be added trash bins so that visitors can throw trash in the right place.

Long check-in time, still waiting for almost 45 minutes, 3 o'clock check-in, only ready at 03.45 And when I wanted to take a shower the towel was not ready, delivered after 5 o'clock, The view at the hotel is very good, for taking pictures and spending time with family, the atmosphere at night is beautiful, the scenery of Purwakarta nature looks very beautiful. The breakfast menu is quite delicious, The swimming pools are many and quite clean, the children's pool is perfect for children, The room is clean, the AC is cold, the water is warm, if only there was a bathtub.

A Piece of Heaven in Purwakarta♥️ This is Real, the view is really great, there are lots of child-friendly pools, don't ask about photo spots, every corner of the hotel is very pleasing to the eye. The staff is friendly, the hotel is like home, very comfortable. The food is quite delicious, for dinner I happened to look outside, because it was not far from the main road, about 2 km, and there were lots of delicious Maranggi satay there.

get free room upgrade from the hotel when check in. Paid parking 5 thousand, spacious, there is a swimming pool for children & adults. The restaurant is open until half past 10 at night, the food is varied & delicious. Breakfast is also the same, delicious & quite varied. The view from the room & other spots in the hotel is good & pleasant to look at while drinking coffee.

For the room that does not match my order in the application, it should be an upper room but instead I was given a lower room. Please adjust this in the future and for the receptionist staff at Gaush, who mostly ask this and that, they should be served immediately because the customer is king. Thank you.
